I would rather tell you now than have you find out: the seven-day format is not the right way in for everyone. You only know which applications to build after a few weeks of real use, once the team has shown where it gets stuck. Essential gives you most of the value in under half the time, and nothing it installs has to be redone if you carry on: the dashboard and the applications sit on top of it.

The founder and the core team, three to five people. That is deliberate: they are the ones who decide, and the ones who will set the example. The rest of the company gets plugged in afterwards, one person at a time.
