Beyond the participant cap, each additional seat is priced in the quote.
The open session brings several companies together. You send one or two people, they bring the method back. The cases worked on are generic, not yours: that is the only difference, and it is a real one.

If at the end of the session your teams have nothing running on your own files, the balance is not due. This applies provided the announced participants attend and the agreed files are available on the day.
